Army of Darkness RPG and Card Game

After just having seen this movie, it screams in my head to be converted to unisystem. The first book that came to mind? Army of Darkness, if for no other reason than the mass combat rules. I suppose if you mix it with Terra Primate and All Tomorrow's Zombies, I'm sure it would mesh into the system really well. Thoughts or ideas?

And for those of you who have not seen it yet...go see it. Right now. Why are you still reading this? You should already be in...

Hey guys and girls been away for awhile anyway just thought I would let you in on something I've been up to.
We have been playing the Last Night on Earth zombie board game alot around here.
Any way the kids are really fond of the ash character and who better to slay Zombies than Ash.I managed to track down an ash figure in 28mm from studio miniatures.
He fits perfectly into the game.I also made a custom player card for him.I just primed him last night hope to have him...

1) In army of darkness, there is the rules for lances, it says 3x (strength +1)slash/stab, if you have more than a 10 yard run up you double damage. Is that in addition to the slash/stab? E.g 16 damage slashing/stabbing with the run-up = 64 damage total?

2) In Buffy if a stake to the heart isn't enought to kill a vamp, it is considered a normal stake. What if a vamp used a drama point to stop himself being dusted?
E.g 135(strength 11, 5 success levels) damage from a stake...

A Special Session For A Groom-to-Be

My friend is getting married on the 15th of May. He's an ubergeek like most of my friends and I have a special game session in mind for him.

New DM - Defense issues

I'm a new DM, I've run the new 4th edition of DnD, and WoD, but I wanna run a game of AoD, but there's one thing troubling me. I've read through the book several times, but cannot seem to understand the defense system.
Can someone please explain to me what my players will be rolling as their defense, and what I'm rolling for the monsters?
Any help will be appreciated...

I've decided I want to use all of the goodness from the AoD rpg in the next Buffyverse game that I run. My question to those that are fans of both is how do you think your typical Buffyverse demon feels about the Watcher in the Woods and the deadites? Would they get along in the typical, "we're all evil, let's kill stuff and bring about the apocalypse" or would the Evil Dead be at odds with your other dimensional beings?

My Name Is Bruce

Army of Darkness Crossover game...

So let's see with the various Army of Darkness comics it opens up to using a lot of stuff in the AoD universe. Ones I can think of off the top of my head are the Xena-verse, Marvel-verse, Darkman, Freddy, Jason and Re-Animator. Now if you want to stretch it you can go from the Marvel Universe to the DC universe since there have been crossovers between them. It can give a very large and open universe to stretch out too. Any others?

So I have the The Willow Sourcebook & have begun to reread the Chronicles of the Shadow War trilogy novels written by Chris Claremont based on a story outline by George Lucas. So I was trying to figure out what system I was going to use for this Uni-system Classic or Cinematic. I decided on Cinematic and specifically Army Of Darkness since the setting already has that medieval period feel to it and just needs a dash of fantasy to bring it into the world of Willow Ufgood.

I had an idea for an AoD game. Not sure anyone will use it.
Here it is:
A demon is collecting some items of great power to raise a huge demon army, there are 5 of the objects but he does only need 3, the leader of the goodies finds out his plan and sends the cast to stop the demons and to get all 5 objects so his sorcerers can destroy them. The group have to carry out missions to get the items and this could maybe stretch a few seasons, if the3 group do succeed and get 3 or more,...

As AoD is the only surviving remnant of the Cinematic Unisystem, Buffy and Angel being dead before their time, will their be any new books...ever?

Might there one day be another game in the cinematic unisystem? I love the set-up.
