Today I completed my WitchCraft collection! Abomination Codex and Power and Privolige came in today.
I was a bit sad that I did not get to order them from the Eden site but I was able to avoid one of my fears, ordering off the internet.
I found out that if I found a book on the Barns and Noble site that they can order it for me from their store AND send it directly to my house. Thats more than my local FLGS have been able to do. They could not even order the book for their own...

Took a chance today and bought a J-Horror movie I have never ever heard of.
Uzumaki (Spiral) is a japponese horror film about a town under a curse. The curse typicaly begins with an obsesion over spiral patterns. This is the connecting factor that leads to suicide, obsesion, madness, or tranceformation.
The movie is at times over the top. A trait most J-movies have in common. But the story is interesting and somtimes even frightening. It looks like an indi movie and probably was....

Anyone know a place where I can play the game online? I've had it for years and useto have a group, but there isn't a lot of interest at the moment. There useto be a few mushes, but all the ones I know of closed. Any help would be appreciated. I'd love to start playing this again.

Or just about, anyway. I think I asked a question anonymously a long time ago, but I can hardly remember. I check the board sporadically(but with a vengeance!), and I've had what probably amounts to two-and-a-half actual game sessions. I have some sections of the core book practically memorized, and I look forward to the day when I can sit down and really play the damn game for an extended period of time, or complete an actual chronicle.

Anyone catch this last night?

It is a new series on ABC based on the John Updike novel "Witches of Eastwick" and the movie of the same name.
It has three women that discover (over time) they are among "The Gifted" and weird things start to happen.

So far it seems like a lite bit of fluff. No angst, no real horror (yet), but certainly Van Horne is some sort of demon.

I have just downloaded both the Mystery Codex and the Book of Hod from Drivethtru. I have not had time to do much more then glance at them but from what I have seen they look very cool.

I have no idea why this game is not more popular then it is. It has so many great elements and everything is handled so well.

I am creating the setting for my Witchcraft game. It will take place in Manhattan and the PCs will be lesser gifted. The Reckoning will not be a major factor in the game. Combine vs Supernaturals

Something that hasn't been very clear to me is the Combine's stance on other Supernatural beings. Basically, would they get involved 'Technocracy-Like' to shut down a group of Vampires or Demons or other supernatural, or do they merely concentrate on humans getting 'uppity?'
