The Weirding Way
The voice has power. This is the Weirding Way. Using the Weirding the person trained for it can make powerful suggestions to control the actions of others. Some few have even become powerful enough in the Weirding Way to use it to damage their enemy with a word.

The Weirding can be focused through Weirding Modules, which allow the voice to be used as a powerful weapon.

The Weirding is bought like other psionic abilities. It has a Strength and an Art. The Strength is how much power the wielder possesses, while the Art determines how well that power can be focused. Below are the levels of power and focus that can be attained.

Strength
The power of the Weirding Way is just like the Domination Strength on page 65 of Terra Primate, except a 10+ means that the power can be used to damage opponents without using the Weirding Module. Damage for this is based on the damage for the Weirding Module.

Weirding Modules
A Weirding Module is attached by a collar to the throat of the user. It is used to focus the Weirding voice so that it can be used as a weapon. The user manipulates the Weirding Way as though they had a 10 in their Weirding Strength, but only in regards to causing damage.

The base module, without any assistance of focus through a weapon, will do D4(2) x Willpower in damage to a target.

There are also many different types of weaponry that the module focuses through. Each weapon modifies the damage focused through it.

Pistol
D6(3) x (Willpower +1) : 3/10/20/60/120 : 1/1 : *
A light weapon, but effective in the hands of one trained in the Way.

Rifle
D8(4) x (Willpower +2) : 10/50/150/600/1000 : 10/5 : *
Larger weapon carried into battle by the Atreides. It is a two handed weapon. Aiming it one handed affords a 3 to the attack roll.

Light Cannon
D10(5) x (Willpower +5) : 15/75/250/1200/5000 : 20/10*
A heavy two handed weapon. Four of these are capable of annihilating a spice hauler rather effectively.

Heavy Cannon
D12(6) x (Willpower +10) : 15/200/400/2000/6000 : 84/42 : *
Capable of bringing down transport vessels, ornithopters and other large vehicles, the heavy cannon is only used mounted on another vehicle or a worm harness.

*The only ones known to use the Weirding weapons in combat is House Atreides (and the Fremen once House Atreides fell and Paul Atreides and his mother brought the weapons to them).

Combat
The Weirding Modules are used by rolling a Dexterity + Art roll against the defense roll (if any) of the target. If successful the weapon does damage to the target. If not, the weapon still discharges, but the blast fails to hit anything useful.

It's still sketchy. Just started monkeying with it a couple weeks ago.
