I think in a lot of ways it would be better to start from scratch than trying to do a conversion of Icon Dune. Nonetheless it makes a good general reference to work from. I'm a little rusty on the six canonical Dune novels, (especially Heretics and Chapterhouse), just some brainstorming, but here's the stuff that comes to mind immediately:

Drawbacks
Addiction (Spice)
Genetic Eunuch
Imperial Conditioning

Powers/Qualities
Ancestral Memories
Eyeless Sight
Face Dancing
Mentat Training
Other Memories
Prana-Bindu Conditioning
Prescience
Voice
Weirding Way

Houses
The way I'd treat them would be along the lines of Icon Dune: you design a House with its own Attributes, Qualities and Drawbacks, and each would come out as a Quality or Drawback that could be picked up during creation. I figure each House would have three costs, representing different ranks/positions within the structure: Servant, Retainer/Advisor, and Family Member. Each would have different Obligations and access to Resources and Contacts. Unlike Icon Dune, I wouldn't want to assume Houses Minor as the default -- what's the fun if you can't play as an Atreides or Harkonnen?

Of course, since I don't remember much about the latter three books, I'm not sure what to include for post-10,200 stuff. There should probably be Buffy-style occupational template Qualities (e.g. Fremen, Mentat, Swordmaster).
I think this would work best as Cinematic Unisystem + Essence, which would let you import WitchCraft Metaphysics for the Powers above: Weirding Way=Tao-Chi, Prescience (etc.)=Seer powers. Terra Primate has a Racial Memories Quality for apes, which would cover the Ancestral Memories just fine...

Ugh, enouch Dune-rambling. I need sleep.
