AHA! You were looking for rules, gadgets, and packages that would help to create Batman type characters and fear that Lite may be too liberal!

Actually, my AFMBE story I had was like this:

Back in about 1918 a young couple were nearly run off the road by what seemed to be a military test rocket.
Following its descent up into a back field they discovered an alien craft with a child inside.
As the child grew older the parents feared that one day the government would come and take the child away.
In 1936, the 18-year-old lad was finally told the secret of his origin and shown the craft.
His "father" left him there to look over the craft and headed out to check his fields.
That young lad almost discovered a recording from his true father and his destiny might have been altered.
What he did discover -- however -- was a strange cyst attached to the craft that he had inadvertantly disturbed.

After a few hours the lad began to feel ill for the first time in his entire known life.
After the brief illness, he died.

It was after the lad's funeral that his "parents" began to feel ill.
In short, they died as well.
But before their deaths, the strange malady tried to make them more like him.
This was -- seemingly -- the end of the story.
Until they started moving again.
Thus, the plague began.
A plague of Zombies that are immune to everything less than a bursting shell.
Zombies that can outrun a locomotive and leap a 1/8th mile.
Zombies that can punch through concrete.
Earth is doomed.

Only one man can stop the plague.
Lex Luther of Metropolis, Ohio.
This vain genius is determined not to be the smartest man on a planet full of voracious Super-Zombies.
He and his team strive to stop the Zombie threat.

That is what I have planned.

EDIT: Navy was a BAD color, changed it to lime.
