I think you could probably do your deadworld without the need for Beyond Human at all. Most of the abilities you described could be done with zombie aspects. For instance, the resistance to weapons could be Damage Resistance (a strength aspect that reduced most damage to 1/2) with some added armor (an armor aspect is in Atlas). For punching through things, take the chi technique Iron Hand, and adapt it into an Aspect. Leaping is covered by an aspect all ready. All you would really need to do is create aspects that make the zombies even stronger and faster than the current aspects in the core book allow. So instead of Monstrous giving 7 strength, create one that gives superhuman strength of 10+, and cost it appropriately. Same with speed (though I think Terra Primate has something on giving Apes more speed for a specific cost, which you could apply to the zombies as well).

Once you do that, Voila! Super zombies.

That's the beauty of the zombie creation rules. You can create just about anything with them, even superhuman zombies that mimic the golden age superman ;)
