Its more an issue of limited funds.
I buy books based upon their ability to mesh seamlessly.
It is why I used to buy D20 products.
I liked the way it meshed.
Then I found the NWoD and was liking how it meshed until Mage the Awakening came out and I began wishing that Mage the Ascension meshed better with the NWoD core.

I buy GURPS because I like how the books mesh together.
Cinematic is a hellacious hiccup in the "meshing" department.

I'm also not really a fan of Angel/Buffy.
Seen a number of episodes and -- well -- I liked the film better.

Also, "All Tomorrow's Zombies" seems to be slated to be available very shortly before "Beyond Human" becomes available.

If You Like GURPS 'cause it meshes well together, have you Tried these GURPS books :
Gurps Vampire the Masquerade
Gurps Werewolf the Apocolypse
Gurps Mage the Ascention
Gurps Vampire Companion (sabbat/independant clans)

I have to say if you Like OWoD setting, but want them to mesh better, their Gurps counterparts were better than the WW versions...

As for "Classic" or "Cinematic" Unisystem...They mesh well with little change one way or the other...
My group Like Classic better too...but its easy to Classicify the lite games...
