Attributes, Attractiveness, Fast Reaction Time/Situational Awareness, Reduced Damage, and Regeneration total 18.

Getting Mediaeval and Kung Fu: Is that +2 each or between them? Either 2 or 4 obviously.

Sensory bonuses: Not quite as good as Acute Senses (hearing and smell) which would be +4, so call it +3.

Invite: Natural Barrier in Ghosts of Albion is -1 or -3. Can a human who is not "authorised" to issue an invite carry a vampire across the threshold? If yes, -1; if no, -3.

Blood: 0; that just replaces the need to eat normally. (If it was humans alone, I'd make that a 2-point Antisocial Diet, but you said animals too).

Staking: Staking renders a vampire helpless and easy to kill, so even with paralysis, it ought to rate as a massive damage vulnerability. So, -3.

Removal of Heart/Head: If that's the only way to kill them, then it's unique Kill for +5.

Silver: Same as Staking. What does fire damage mean - just the slower healing rate?

Fire Damage: Assuming that it does just mean the slower healing rate, I'd make it 0.

So the upsides come to 28-30 depending on the Skills.

The downsides come to -7 to -9 depending on the quality of the invite barrier (though Vulnerabilities technically max out at 5, making it -6 or -.

Making 20-24.

If vampires are evil by nature, then throw in Cruelty 3 for a final total of 17-21.
