You should also stat deities in terms of how many followers they have: deities with one village behind them are basically Incarnates: you can use the standard templates for them.

Deities with nations behind them (Zeus, etc.) scale up the number of points more-or-less proportionally, but they also scale up the constraints when they meet different groups of believers: basically, Zeus would have to behave as Zeus with the Greeks, Jupiter with the Romans, and Amon or whoever that was with the Egyptians. This is an important point to remember: he can't go around chasing Egyptian women the way he does in Greece or Italy.

This is only important when the human/deity relationship is involved, though: among themselves, they all scale the same way and therefore can be compared in terms of the standard rules - i.e., Zeus can attempt to Smooth Talk his wife Hera (and lose the following Hand to Hand resisted Task, according to the legends) just like Average Joe tries to Smooth Talk his girlfriend Cindy and ends up smacked around, and you can use the same rules for both actions, as the entities involved share the same power level.

Incidentally, not all the powers seem to scale up the same ways: deities can't really Smooth Talk humans with insanely huge bonuses, for instance, though they can strike them down with a lightning or whatever if they don't behave...

If that makes things even more confusing... Yeah, sorry :P
