The way I figure it, gods cap out in power at the range of a thermonuclear device. The most powerful tools of the gods (Earthquakes, Volcanos, Lightning) tend to cap out in the megaton range. Gigaton if you push it. The thing is, ancient peoples in Europe viewed the Thunderbolt as the ultimate godly weapon, and they're much less poweful that volcanoes and earthquake. They're literally 1/12ths the possible firepower of the earliest Nuclear Weapons, while Earthquakes and Volcanoes are up to a full gigaton in firepower.

It's also a better analogue for direct firepower. Though gods might be able to cause Volcanic Eruptions and Earthquakes, they tend to do so by domino effects.

In Unisystem Terms, They'd be able to pop out 300-400 damage at a pop. Otherwise, up to 500 or more.

Your Logic is insane and happenstance, like that of a troll.
