The reason they have those stats is because with a simple or difficult Strength test, a character can lift twice their listed capacity or so.

Correct, and in the Angel books it says that a strength 20 would be equal to 5 tons. I took the strength test into consideration with doubling it there to achieve the 10 ton mark.

I know thats a hell of a list, but I'm vaguely putting together a collection of stats for a Low-to-No Power supers game using Unisystem. I did see Batman, Daredevil and Black Canary when I was looking before. Thanks for any help.

I've done a few versions of them, in my "Hereos and Monsters" thread. Specifically:

Green Arrow - #2.
Robin (Tim Drake) - though more of an adult age given my timeframe.
The Question (Either version) - Pre-Question Renee.
Batgirl (Gordon or Cain) - Cain
Huntress - Earth II version, effectively.

I did a 'version' of Doomsday as well, but not to the world shattering levels of comic-dom.

He's still horrifically powerful.

And it's also a Cyborg Zombie Werewolf with radioactive spurs.

My take on things is sometimes VERY weird.
