I've recently relaunched Vegas Knights and was wanted to get some ideas. Here's what I got so far....
In the Revamp, the series will deal more with these characteristics: an emphasis on family life, personal relationships, sexual drama, emotional and moral conflicts. If you notice the "K" on the series title was purposely left off to capture the idea of these characteristics and what they mean in Las Vegas after the sun goes down.
In general, the plots and story lines will follow the lives of the original Cast Members who work in a particular place (Vegas prominant night spots). The story lines follow the day-to-day activities and personal relationships of these characters. Some of the narratives are described as Chance meetings, coincidences, missed meetings, sudden conversations, last-minute rescues and revelations.
The other characteristics will be the ongoing emphasis on romance, secrets, secret relationships, extramarital affairs, and genuine love and to a lesser degree previously-unknown children, siblings, and twins (including the evil variety) of established characters often emerging to upset and reinvigorate the set of relationships examined in the series. Unexpected calamities disrupt weddings, child births, and other major events with unusual frequency.
These characteristics are mixed with the supernatural: magic, vampires, werewolves, ghost, zombies, demons, spirits, faeries and more. The supernatural beings live alongside humans in a society that otherwise resembles our own. The general public is not aware of or believe in magic or the large array of dark forces which regularly conspires against them.
I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this or have even considered doing this? I also wanted to maybe get some pointers from (as above) fellow Edenites that frequent the boards.....
