Posts: 3523 (06/20/08 14:07:43) Zombielord Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : buffy, btvs, characters While on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the series) - we know that Buffy is a Capricorn born on the cusp of Aquarius - Basically her birthday is about Jan. 18th-19th. Which explains why her birthday is always celebrated in mid January. But what about the other characters? We know from the series that Xander turns 17 before Buffy does. - As he's already 17 by "Surprise/Innocence". And in "Family" we find out that Tara has just or is turning 20 - Since the episode airs on Nov. 7th - we can pretty much guess - her Birthday is in Early November. But this is all the Birthday information we have on any of the characters. So what would the approximate - birthdays for - Willow - Giles - Oz - Cordelia - Dawn - Riley - Faith - Angel - Spike Last Edited By: krj1168 06/20/08 20:07:11. Edited 1 time.

Only have a birthday - once every 4 years. At present I'm considering using astrology to figure out approximate birthdates. - Here's a few thoughts so far. Buffy's is of course known - Jan. 18th, 1981 (for my Ultimate Series), - So Buffy is a Full moon baby - Capricorn born of the cusp Aquarius. I'm considering that - Angel is a Scorpio. Since his personality is actually very much "classic" Scorpio - Mysterious, brooding, & Possessive. Dawn is likely either a Virgo or a Cancer (also Full moon baby). The Full Moon Cancer would also explain the natural sibling rivalry with Buffy - since they would be astrological inverse opposites. Willow is likely a Pisces. - which make a good Best friend match for Buffy, as well as soulmate for a Tara as a shy Scorpio(and there is such as thing). But I'm kind at this point having some trouble with the rest of the gang - Xander, Giles, Oz, Riley, Anya, Cordelia, Faith & Spike. Last Edited By: krj1168 06/20/08 19:52:46. Edited 1 times.

Although it could also be said that Oz's since of harmony and balance are because of a major Libra influence (like a Libra Moon or Libra Ascendant) - instead being born as a Libra(Sun Sign). Also - I looking at Cordelia - specifically the first 3 seasons of Angel. During season 1 - it's suggested that her birthday might be in late April to May time frame (suggesting she's a Taurus). But during the Season 3 episode "Birthday" - suggests that her Birthday - is in mid January (about roughly 3-7 days before Buffy's) - which would make her a Capricorn.

Plus in my games Willow has always bucked the trends, so if her personally say she be born under one sign then you can be sure that was the last one she actually was born under. Tim

Just a possible thought - although it's your game - so do as you want to.

Since they have characteristics of both their Sun Sign & their Moon sign are in the same sign. On the other hand those with their sun sign and moon sign in Polar Opposite signs is often called a "Full Moon Baby" - i.e. Buffy's Case - She's a Capricorn (Sun) with a Cancer (Moon). Also - It should noted that an Astrologer will tell you their no such thing a person - who "pure" any sign. Since a Person's personality profile will have to factor in where all the planets where located at the time of the person's birth. Dawn first showed up in the season that started 2000 and was 14 year old. Her age didn't change during the season. That makes her birthyear 1986. Also her actual birthday must be between seasons (So somewhere between late may and early september) Of course technically her first birthday would be in the year 2000. (Probably the date the first episode aired. My guess is that the appearance of Dracula was just a side effect of the spell that created dawn)

And given when she first appears - it's may likely suggest that she would have had a September birthdate. Although not neccessarily. Also it should be noted that the only character that actually celebrates Birthday on screen is Buffy Herself. Although Tara 20th Birthday is talked about - although it's not actually celebrated on screen. It seems very unlikely that no other character other than Buffy or Tara would have a Birthday between late September & late May. Also - for My Ultimate Series - The Character Birthdates or even Character background aren't neccessarily the same as the TV version. In Fact - Most major characters have an altered character history - in most cases - it only slightly altered, But in some cases - it's not so slight. Case in point - the differences in Dawn. In the TV Series - She's Buffy mystically created little sis that first appears in Season 5. In My Ultimate BtVS 'Verse - Dawn is Buffy real little sis, who is about 4 1/2 years Buffy's junior.
