Well Fray easy because she was visually based off of Natalie Portman (or at least Fray owes enough to Natalie Portman in The Professional that you might as
well cast her).
Just change the hair color and there you go.

Yeah - since Karl Moline(artist of the Fray comic series) stated that he based Fray off of Natalie Portman's character from "The Professional".
Now my choice for Satsu - would most likely be Devon Aoki (Miho from "Sin City"). I think she would be a great choice. They both have the same Hot Asian girl that can kick your butt - kind of vibe. As for Leah, Renee, Rowena, Erin & Harth - I'll have to think about it more. |

I can definitely see the Fray-inspiration there!
I was looking at Devon Aoki--she seems perfect except for not having dark hair in any good pictures I could find (always highlighted or dyed a lighter brown or even blonde). |

Well - you could always dye her(Devon's) hair. However in checking out Jamie Chung, she does seems to be a better fit for Satsu.

For the vampire witch that was slayed I would cast Eriko Tamura from Heroes and Dragonball
For Renee I think of Kandyse Mclure from BSG

Ooo, nice call on Renee! I was trying to think of someone and just couldn't think of any Native American actresses. McClure has about the look for it,
though!

I assumed Renee was Native-American--admittedly, probably because of the feathers she wore more than once, which makes me guilty of sterotyping, I know.
