In the GoA book it reads that Phantasms can sire children. If 2 phantasms had a child would that child come out human and live a normal life until death then become a phantasm or would it be born a phantasm. The book isn't really spacific about that, and I want to make a phantasm for a game I'm going to be in, but I would prefer both her parents have been phantasms too, so I'm trying to figure out if that if that is possible.
